I will go with your wisdom and direct experience. Found some random tech mid pipes with high flow cats, they will go on next, then headers, then tune.

What wheels/tires are those.. backspacing, size tires, etc?

Those are iForged Aero's in Hyperblack. 18x8 and 18x9 with Goodyear F1 D3
235/40 and 275/35. Not sure about offsets, they are custom 3 piece and they build them to specific use, brakes, tires, etc.
