Ordered My PTK Yesterday

I've been wanting a turbo ever since i bought the car and kept email and emailing companies. Well finally placed the order with ByunSpeed for the kit.

Hopefully within 8 weeks i'll have it

Now i need a turbo and a bov

I've been waiting for mine some time already, and I might get it first. I'll post up stuff for you as soon as I can. I don't know about you, but the suspense kills me EVERYday.

Don't forget your gauges and miscellaneous stuff. I've been recommended stronger pushrods and valve springs, to prevent float. I've read some posts here with some cars getting valve float under low boost at high RPM's and some cars not getting any float at high boost at high RPM... It seems to be a case by case circumstance with the stock LS1 springs.

I am in the same boat. still just not sure which kit I am going to go with though. all the little things do add up. but I just want it done right the first time. so the wait will be worth it. let us know how it bolts up and what problems you run into.

Here's some stuff that i covered

Gauges,
Fuel Regulator
Fuel Pump

Pushrods and Valvesprings are good to go. Picked out perfect with my turbo cam.

Im still looking at intercoolers. I just bought the kit without turbo and IC. My tuner has a great deal on Griffin and Fluidyne Stuff as well as Precision

call us if you need a turbo and BOV. We have awesome deals on Precision turbos and any BOV you want. We currently stock HKS, Turbo-XS, and Greddy blow off valves

yup me to I got most of my kit in
still waiting on the T70 Turbo and .96 turbo exhaust housing
and some misc. stuff

ordered it on 3-25-05
I was told and expecting two to two and a half months
still waiting

I am ready to install

I purchased my kit from Byunspeed. I didnt order a BOV because i wanted to by it seperate. Doing my research on it now.

SStroked, I have not recieved a PM from you. Not sure about a call since we haven't made it through all the messages yet. Did you call PTK directly?? As for a T88, we are not sure if the 88 will bolt in where the 76GTS does. We think it probably will but haven't had anyone try it yet. Also the DP would have to be modified since the 88 either comes with 4" downpipe, which would not fit, and the 3" donut flange, which is what you would have to use.
