Got the adjusted converter and trans back in and took it to the track Sat. I usually don't like to run at this track but wanted to see what it would do.
First pass, left easy.
60'- 1.56
1/8- 6.20
mph- 118.31
1/4- 9.50
mph- 149.57

second pass, launched to hard and the car got crossed up. tried to get back in it and crossed up again. Coasted for a while then laid into it at the 1/8.
60'- 1.64
1/8- 7.52
mph- 76.48
1/4- 11.65
mph- 131.90

third pass, left decent and hazed the tires thru 1st gear. But got a new best.
60'- 1.45
1/8- 6.07
mph- 118.43
1/4- 9.36
mph- 149.72

Race weight was still the same as last time, around 3900 Boost was peaking at 24.5 psi. Running Sunoco 104 and Meth.
Weight reduction started tonight.

Thanks, it should pick up a bit with 1-200lbs out of it. But I really like running it with stock interior and full exhaust.
Strange front brakes went on tonight.

Let's see, reasons why mike's CE is a pig
1.Full interior,radio,heater,carpet,power leather seats,t-tops
2.full 10 point cage(mild Steel)
3.Large frame 88mm with air water intercooler system
4.4l80e trans. with lockup converter,converter weighs 51lbs.
5.moser 9 inch.

These are the main reasons, if i think of anymore i'll update or have mike chime in.Man those suckers in extreme mod are lucky the turbo is 6mm too big or it would be all over but the crying . Maybe another outlaw entry perhaps im trying to talk him into it.
