Looks great. Very nice setup and attention to the details. I too would like to keep my AC when I go forced induction. I will be watching this build as it progresses. Thanks for all of the pics.

My pleasure. The setup is pretty much done. The motor, intercooler, and everything is mounted and the car is running. Its just a matter of fine tuning and putting some miles on it before we get the dyno numbers and it to be ready to be shipped back.

wow...... :O ............. i am drooooooling! I really want a Turboed LS1! I honestly think about it every day. That is too sweet! What is the advantage of the dual wastgates with a single turbo?

Where is this shop that is doing this? How much $ are you expecting to dish out?

Well from what candy told my dad, they said it "should" be ready to ship out by wednesday(2 days from now). I dont know if its realistic or not, but i sure as hell hope so.

as far as the setup goes, ill just give you generic stuff I know off the top of of my head since i dont have everything in front of me:

Stage 3 meaux racing hand ported AFR heads
forged coated pistons ( diamond i think)
forged rods
408 cubes no idea of bore or stroke
pretty much everything top of the line internals

custom built turbo kit, 4 inch down pipe (i believe)
gt55 turbo ( no idea on inducer or exducer ratios or trim size, although i believe its a little bit bigger then a T88)
PA k member

Aeromotive fuel pump
rc engineering 75# inj's
Aeromotive FPR
98 sumped tank
new fuel lines ( dont know the size)
upgraded fuel rails

Strange 12 bolt with 3 55 gears fully loaded.
LG motorsports weld in sub frame connectors

new fuel pressure gauge
wideband o2 sensor

I think thats all I can remember for now.

Once I get the final invoice from Allan Ill post up the whole list of goodies.

The advantage to running two WGs instead of one is flow! They will flow more exhaust. Instead of going to something like a huge HKS racegate, which becomes hard to package, and maintain the flow and control. For instance, if you're running two tial 38mm wastegates, vs one huge 55 or 60mm racegate, you can see the difference isn't that much, and actually lends a bit of flow advantage to the twin gates instead.

BTW, it looks good! Can't wait to see the results.

just called candy again and she said she needs to talk to allan about getting everything worked out. from what she knows all that needs to be done is the tuning and making adjustments to the front fascia to make sure it will fit perfectly.

shes gonna call us by the end of the day, from what she said, and let us know projected finish date.

Hopefully she will also inform me when we can get some dyno numbers too. but everything is just as for me as it is for you

Yes, if you do end up seeing it, takes some recent pics for me if you could. Maybe you could have Allan start it up, maybe possibly get some video and host it on here so we can all hear how it sounds?

I dont know if you have a camcorder, but if so,

im curious to see the final product too.

"Little bit" bigger than a T88 is an understatement. Scranton runs a GT55 and he's gone deep 6's @ 215. Stupidly big for a max goal of 900 RWHP, but whatever floats your boat.

i just wanted max rwhp on pump gas, whatever number that would be. I just asked for a minimum of 700 rwhp on pump gas, so.... eventually ill upgrade to bs3 or whatever piggy back setup that supports the pcm the best at the time and BIG injectors.

with my setup, what do you think i could realistically reach rwhp wise on pump gas with bs3 and proper injectors? and what about race fuel?

anyone care to take a guess on how much rwhp ill make on pump and race fuel with the factory pcm?
