Default Rear mount custom kit

Hey guys, a buddy and I are fabbing up a rear-mount kit, and want to use something like a 60-1, but not sure on lag and boost at lower rpm (below 3k). I have the t3/t4 but only flows 42lbs/minute (Junk) and was going to rig up a twin turbo setup, but cost will keep us from completing that, so... some opinions on AR and trims and what not, please let me know. Only planning on running 7 psi around the street, until the 6.0L's go on. Any positive feedback is much appreciated!!!

Also had thought of a T70 with a shaft and wheel trim of 64.5mm, and compressor wheel 60.5mm, with a turbine housing A/R of .84, and compressor housing A/R of .70. Should flow around 65lbs which should get the job done. Let me know what you all think!

I decided on the master power T70, as long as it spools by 3500. I've got 4.10's and a built 6 speed, lots of gears to choose from to keep me boosted. Going with the mocal pump, oil cooler plumbed through the engine's oiling system. 42# should do the trick. Using SS for the charge pipe, and running a single rear-mounted turbo with a 90º stainless downpipe. Only looking for 5psi initially until I get another shortblock built, as I don't fully trust the 95k mile motor in the car now. Think the MP T70 with .70 A/R will work okay on the rear mount?

Yeah, it's a hot thing... Bigger displacement, with a lot of power/torque already... forcing a little more air in always helps! Unlike the buzz-bombs who rely on quick spool to bring their low end hp/tq numbers up to get them rolling, we can get our mid/top power up and scream from a roll or once we're rolling. I'm already happy with my 1.71 60' time, need a 9", then hit it harder off the line. Just want the higher mph associated with NOS, head/cam cars, or FI, plus that sound!!!

Juice is hot, but man... I've always been a little skeptical about running it. I built my 464CI pontiac in my 67 firebird to handle good shots of nitrous, but haven't installed a kit. Was thinking about turbocharging it also, nothing like a big-cube muscle car with boost! What kinda times does your car run on a shot?

Best on 175 shot, stock bottom, current 231/237 cam but before heads, and with 3.23 gears was 11.001 @ 122. Ran that a few times that night, nothing like multiple kicks in the search for 10's happy sack!

Wow... that would bother me... I would've started stripping the car! just over a thousandth of a second from a 10s run. What kinda rear end and tire are you running, and what were your 60' times?

Stock rear 3.23 ran every 26 & 27" tire, best hooking resulting in the 11.001 was some 2yr old dried up MT 26x8x15 Drags on a 10" wide wheel and gave both fronts up @ 1.41 a few in a row! I have since added heads, more tuning, FG Cowl hood and havent been out with a working nitrous since! Turbo turbo turbo....

Damn, now that is straight haulin man... Wish my stock rear would take it, I wouldn't imagine so with my specs with a clutch that doesn't slip and tires that bite pretty well. 1.41 is so fast it's unbelievable. Can't wait to see your new times.
