Default 7000 to spend

Looking at the best turbo setup for under 7000.
It will be going on a weekend driver 370 cubic inch Trans AM.
I want to have a car that makes 700 with some good gas and is okay to drive everyday if I needed too.
I dont really want a custom build so what are the better "kit" out there.
I like the price of the upgraded phamspeed kit but who setup is a better choice?

tti race kit / speed inc eliminator kits are really your only option besides the phamspeed kit. and those are pricey. i assume you have fuel and supporting mods already?

I like the phamspeed kit, save some extra money for a Wideband o2 / tuning stuff if you don't already have that, and all the gauges you will want - little things like that will nickle and dime you to death on a turbo car.

PTK, makes the power, keeps the accessories, and everything is tucked up safely in the K-member so no ground cleareance is lost.

I have the fuel system. I will need bigger injector's as my 50's are probally too small.
I just want a turboed car to run with the fully setup 03/04 Cobra's.
My friend is in a 03 Cobra running 10.5 his first time to the track with the live axle tuned at 550 instead of the more aggressive tune which was 640 RWHP. And that was with a 1.8 60 ft and crossing the traps at 4800 RPM's.
So now I am wanting to make my combo streetable and still very fast.
The phanspeed kit all coated is a extra 1600 dollars and now almost the same price as everyone else's kit.

I have money for the whole setup but am not 100% sure yet.
I keep kicking idea's around.
Once I am 100% on everything a PM will be on its way.
I saved the old PM so I dont forget who you are.

That price is with a turbo and no intercooler. The kit with an intercooler and no turbo is $4800.

IMHO it is an very nice, very well made kit that can make nasty power. Well worth the money.

Later,
Dave

not really when you think about it..... you keep A/C, and the piping is thru the K-member not under it.... so u never have to worry about ground clearence and PTK isnt going anywhere.......
