NEED STS Wiring info quick!!!
"the single brown wire goes to the PCV Switch"
and then
"The other two wires go to the 1psi switch"
Problem is, in the wiriing harness there is a brown wire, with a red wire, no other single brown etc. WTF?
The idea is: you are supplying 12v to one side of the Hobbs pressure switch; when it hits the preset pressure, the connection closes, and the other side is now hot (brown). This does two things: 1) by jumping to the pvc solenoid, you have now closed the pvc from the throttle body (or wherever, in the pressurized intake tract) and thus don't pressurize the valvetrain, lifter gallery, etc. 2) the switch kicks a relay in the harness. Normally there is a big power resister (has a heat sink on it) that is wired in-line with the oil pump to keep flow low; the resister is stealing current. BUT, when you are under boost, the brown lead kicks a relay, and the oil pump gets full current, so it flows more.
Glad to be of assistance. I've had a LOT to look at with this process: http://www.ls1gto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36150
I still have the little baby .25 bar spring in, only ONE MORE WEEK until I can get it tuned. Put in the .6 bar spring and 0-5 psi adjustable controller; bigger injectors; activate the fuel pump voltage unit; activate the methanol controller; and burn up the Toyo T-1's! Yee haw!!!

I have the .25 bar spring on purpose. I knew I was going to be driving the car a long way to get it tuned, so I have that spring in the wastegate. I also have the .6 bar spring. You likely have the .6 bar spring. That should yield 7+psi after the intercooler. Mine should be 7-12psi adjustable...1 week to go!
