So, if you feed 3 psi to the back side, your boost at that point is wastegate + 3 psi. You have a manual valve that you can adjust by trial and error for your max boost. Then the switch controls whether or not you feed that pressure to the backside.
On my GTO, it will operate w/ a .6 bar spring [should see ~7 psi after intercooler]. Then, while tuning, we will dial in the manual valve at a SAFE level of power (don't want to break the pistons). At that point, I can run either ~7 psi or 10-12 or wherever we end up during tuning by flipping a small rocker switch.
Not real sophisticated, but they work. The eBoost2 looks awesome...as is the price!
