Well its a T70 looking at all the spec on this turbo it is capabled of supporting 600 plus hp. just depends on what boost pressure your engine can take.
see chart below for info. This turbo is capable of putting out 84lbs of air per min.
If the engine could handle 25lb of boost with a intercooler efficency of 75% it would make 900hp. That gets me thinking of the old days! Now let me see Hum 6.0 liter block, steel 6.0 heads, get the block "o'ring. Stud it bottom and top. Alluminum manifold, 25 psi of boost. Humm Dam! how do I get so off track?

Has the idea been scrapped?
Why? Longer tubing introduces more friction into the system. Especially with larger diameter tubing as it exposes more surface area. Bends also introduce parasitic losses into duct flow. Because there is more ducting there is a larger volume of air that the turbo has to push. This will also affect its performance. These are proven empirical facts.
