Thanks for your support NoOne. But I thought you said your 3rd car was going to be a Supra???

Crash 02 - The rev limiter will probably be set at 65-6700. However, shift points for an A4 car will likely be at 6000. And with an M6 car, you won't need to shift it at anything over 6-6200.
As far as valve springs, we will "suggest" that you change the valve springs on the Strip kit. The Street kit's boost is low enough that valve spring issues shouldn't come into play. But we'll know more as the development progresses.

3rd, 4th...who's counting...then there is the Ram SRT 10 too, the ultimate tow vehicle.

I need more money or less cars.

I still might end up with on of your kits, if this oil issue does not get resolved then I may be looking to trade the twins for a single deppending on how things work out.

Hopefully the restrictions Nick put into the lines are enough to take care of it.

Is there a test car at ARE by chance?

I know another guy like you that has the same problem with too many cars.

But I didn't know you were still having a problem with scavenge pumps. Is everyone still having that problem?

No car at Nick's yet. But I'm sure it won't be long....

Good luck NoOne.

Lots of guys are having scavenge pump problems with the Incon kit, that is why I was so happy to hear your kit is gravity based

Just imagine this kit on a 8.8:1 compression LS6 headed 422!! You would obviously need much larger injectors but it would be sick!
Cheers,
Chris

I'm not having pump problems, too much pressure into the turbo.

Funny thing is, my scavenge pump never failed.

422, bah, 462! I've been looking for a used C5R block, if one becomes available I might think it over.

Oh, that other guy, he's in worse shape, one day his wife might find out

Trust me, the "other guy" has no problems with his wife or what he wants. I can hear the sound of that turbo comming from under the hood of a 98 purlpe corvette.

That would make 2 cars in the 10's. NoOne, have you made it in the 10's yet? I didn't think so.

Hey let me know next time you want to drive 200 miles to the track and run 10's

Thats some mighty big talk on the Internet, lets put me in front of her and with you standing behind her waving your hands hoping I don't give the secrets away. I can see it now, the sweat, phone in hand calling ADAM, dialing the 1-800-IMSCREWED FTD flourist....

What did they call you again, FSTRNTHANMYWIFEREALIZESISPENDMYBONUSCHECKONTHECAR.

Hey its me, I don't think, I KNOW...get that straight.

If we go get the Camaro I'll have some Aquatreads to put on the truck, and the trailer, and hell maybe a set for the Camaro itself for good measure.

I just know after driving the Z for a couple of days you secretly desire a turbo car.

Would be an awesome setup on the Vette, and I will win the secret "When will Tom spend more money on the Vette" pool...how often I've heard "I'm done"

You better invest in a hoist and a clutch install tool first.

Those convertibles are so damned exspensive though...have to see what the whole deal would run me, at least I have a year to plan.

I think the turbo is calling you, be a sweet setup to see on the car, just as long as I get to drive it back when its done.

Good post Rob, I thing I have a few guys on the hook for kits, maybe there will be a few test cars at ARE with the new "raymer" kit.

I think we have resolved your oiling issues Eric? I hope, we had to make a custom restictor kit for the turbos but is currently working on 2 cars right now.

Thanks Nick. I'll let you know the status of the "top secret" stuff we just did within the next day or so.

A little inside info to share: We just settled on a new location for LS1 Motorsports. Over the next two weeks, we will be moving into a full service, 5000 sq ft facility! (which means Nick, we'll be able to also install your H&C packages now )

Some of the changes for the better include: Installation of Turbos, SC's, Exhaust, Heads & Cam packages, as well as any bolt-on part we sell. Within the next 3-4 weeks, we will also be installing a 3rd phone line to better serve our customer's. (the 3rd line will be a TOLL FREE Order Line!!) We also have a good working relationship with a Dynojet Facility 15 minutes away.

For the locals who are curious, the new shop is only 13 miles North of Downtown Louisville, Ky.

It's been a GREAT 3 years of business, and we appreciate everyone's patronage and support. I hope the upcoming years will only get better.

I'm trying to keep all of the questions in one place if possible. I've answered quite a few on another thread that you may want to read (if you haven't already).

I hope it's okay to do this:

http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread...eferrerid=4566

It would sure make it a lot easier on me. Not to mention, less redundant.

It's possible that my Solo-1 class is changing this year. If so, chalk up another 422ci motor tuned for 92 octane. After all, that's all I can get in the states, and I'd HAVE to do One Lap again with 600rwhp+
