Give ATI ProCharger a call at 913 338-2886 and ask for their tech department. They can send one out to you, or you can call us at 260 483-9300 and we can get it for you. Bob

No, they will not sell the seals. You would have to send it in to them to have it repaired.

Is it normal for the internals of a D1SC to become some what pressurized? The last oil change I had a "Blow Out" IE mess when I removed the drain plug. And just yesterday noticed light oil flim around lower section of head unit.

As I stated on CF I have yet to see a P1SC or D1SC that doesnt seep a little, especialy right after a long drive or a day at the track. There is a lot of pressure build up there. I'm talking like a drop that will accumulate on the bottome of the housing overnight, not filling up a pipe or leavng spots on the floor, if its that bad something is wrong naturally.

If you have your breather hooked up to the inlet hat you will also get some engine oil seeping out since it will collect in the housing and seep through. Easy to tell if its that oil because it will be black, of course if your breather isnt hooked up to the blower inlet you wont engine oil there. There is no seal where the housing is attached to the gear case/impeller so anything that gets in there seeps out after a while.

Always loosen the fill plug and relieve the pressure before taking out the drain plug if it has been run recently, otherwise it will puke out 4oz of oil in like half a seciod LOL.

Always had issues with a little weeping of my blower...

My P-1SC was worse than my D-1.

It's really only bad after a long cruse or a long drive...

I never had any leakage (internally or externally) on my P1SC or even the D1SC. Pipes and IC were bone dry when I open things up.

Are you pushing yours to 15psi though and 61,000 impeller rpms?

Never checked the speeds. The P1SC never went past 13 psi, the D1SC went higher. Maybe I just got lucky with mine, but both were always dry.

That you would need to contact ATI about that...they make them in-house. I'm pretty sure you would need to send in the blower for an impeller replacement also.

Default ATI Parts

Prochargers are a hit and miss, I have gone through 3 prochargers and had two of them rebuilt twice, Problems: Oils seeping into the intercooler, behind the pulley, and the impeller spinning on the shaft, All bearings going south, And NO, ATI WILL NOT SELL YOU ANYTHING but a belt........

Right on, my freinds fullsize is at 14psi right now and he will go through a once of oil every 1-2 weeks. It leaks like whoa, typical I guess, most I have seen at least weep a little oil. The blower sounds great though. Its time for a D1 upgrade anyhow.

1oz every 1-2 weeks is what I would consider severe enought to send back and get fixed
