Default Upping boost to 10 psi

Ok well whenever I get it out of the shop that is . Having timing droped 2 at wot. It should put me at 17 i think. I was running 19 before i sent out the comp(still stock tuning). I can run 7psi on the street with 94 octane but I figure that is getting close. So 10psi will probably be a track only type deal unless i can find a place that sells 100 out here.

Good luck

I was able to run 10+ on 100 octane and 16° mid range, then ramping to 21° by 6200

And from what i've found so far in the motor, things were doing well.

I'm guessing 10 is ok, but i was pushing over that on many occasions.

I've tested the durabity of the head gaskets, and i was getting close to the edge

funny thing is, it was only the middle cylinders. And i never got into the coolant. Oh well

Do you know what your power level was at 7psi? Either that or the mass flow?

I am really close to giving Cartek a call to get larger injectors, up the boost to 6.5 - 7, and have them tune it with thier LS1 edit.

I dont know the hp numbers but its hella fun when you hit the gas . I'm running about 75psi(fuel press) at full boost. I figure anyway. Ordered my FP gauge today . I also have #42 injectors. Which I think should be a must. I think 10psi and #42 injectors will be fine for my car.

I was ramping up to 28' with 10psi on the topend and starting with 24' with 7psi in the midrange.Stock compression.

At least you know if anything goes wrong with the turbos you can quickly get them replaced under warranty...
