Default 222/232 Nice Blower Cam?

I'm doing some research for someone on a nice blower cam for his LS1 with about 10psi of boost or so.

Anyone know of a nice design out there that is WORKING for people already?

ARE's favorite blower grind is a 222/230.
Most go varied duration. Gonna go to a 216/224 here.

I like a 224/228 grind or a 224-226/230 grind also, for 10 PSI 226/230-232 would be my favorite.

Anyone think more duration 224/230 is better for ported heads and less duration like 216/224 is better for stock heads?

Probably 9 to 12 psi boost, 9:1 cr, nicely flowing LS1 heads...

Heads are a waste. Especially on a blown car. Spend the money on the bottom end 1st or exhaust.. Using heads to lower C/R, maybe then they are worth it...

I do agree, 2k is spent better on a forged bottom end, but it heads are gonna keep detonation down, your stock shortblock will live longer, assuming you don't up the boost. just my thoughts.
