Default Any info on Flat mount FMIC?

I've searched and didn't find anything on a Flat front mount intercooler. There was a company GWP that had a stage 3 ATI kit but there wasn't any info on it.

Is it better than the ATI twin intercoolers? Living in MN we have to have a front plate on the car so the traditional front mounts aren't as friendly.

Who has some Pics?

Thanks
Justin

I would look into an air/water unit before I'd do any position that put the intercooler close to the ground. Check this out (truck turbo kit, similar position):

The one I am thinking about doesn't hang any lower than the ATI twins

500 but more important is if the single front mount is more efficient than the twins plus I think it would be a cleaner install without that big plenum

I can't tell from the pics but is it smaller or bigger than the twin procharger intercoolers combined?

A front mount in front of the radiator can support 500. Like the TTI street kit. Lots of people on here have done it. Like me Some guys have taken it past 600 with meth

I'm talking about the smaller intercooler that lays flat. I know the big OBX FMIC can handle a lot but I need to keep my front plate on.

I said the TTI intercooler which mounts in front of the radiator and needs NO front bumper mods. Check out the install pics on thier site. The only thing you have to do is switch the washer resevoir out for a smaller one.

It easily supports 500 rwhp

My bad, I thought you were refering to the intercooler you have in your sig.

TTI, I'll do some searching and see what I can find, I don't see them as a sponsor unless you want to pm me their site.

Thanks

Keep in mind the new for '05 ATI ProCharger 4.5" twin high flow intercoolers support and cool much more horsepower than the 3.5" thick intercoolers they replace. The 4.5" intercoolers come standard with the D-1SC, and are an option on the P-1SC. Bob
