Anyone using a Boost Reference Fuel Regulator ?
I am trying to cure the dropping fuel pressure on boost. Is anyone familiar with using a Boost Reference Fuel Regulator with their ATI setup to alleviate this problem.....Possibly where to buy one?

My understanding was that Aeromotive is working on one, but I can see that they are advertising it yet.
Doesn't the return-less (sic) fuel line setup of our cars prevent us from using some of the established systems out there? I don't know.
This is what I've found on their site so far.

The FMU seems to be a bad solution for the procharger... or a hit-and-miss one at best. Quite a few people are reporting problems with it, and have had to return it to ATI for another. That's one reason ATI is going with the new programming solution. It really sounds like they are following GWP's lead.
The solution GWP gave me works. But we were discussing a more precise variable rate regulator (similiar to Aeromotive's setups) that was dependent on boost might offer a better A/F ratio curve throughout the RPM range. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: Anyone using a Boost Reference Fuel Regulator ?
All of the little problems with the fuel systems is why I am going with the following:
- In-tank Sump
- 2 Pre-Filters
- 2 Walbro GSL392 Pumps
- Fuel/Water Seperator
- Billet Rails
- 50 lb/hr injectors
- Vortech Super FMU
- Kenne-Belle BAP
I figure that this should be good for slightly under 1000 rwhp (maybe more) and won't have any of the BS problems that people are having with our fuel systems.
For the folks that are using the ATI FMU...do you remove the in-tank regulator when you do this? It would seem to me that you would have to...
Thanks,
Scott

The 1000 hp aeromotive works fine, its what used on the later Incon setups. The original Incon (aeromotive lt1) regulator is flaky for our higher pressures.
