wouldnt the a/f ratio affect each cylinder the same way? unless theres something wrong with the spark in each of the coil packs possibly.
I would first try a set of new plugs, then take a couple runs and check them.
7&8 usually run the hottest cuz they're in the back of the motor, farthest from the cool coolant. 1&2 get the opposite.
You can try a hotter plug (1 range hotter) in 1&2, whatever value you are running now in 3-6, and a cooler plug (1 range) in 7&8.
If you still have problems, I'd do a compression check and leakdown test. You may have other problems.
