Default what would you pay for this ?

I was just wondering how you LS1/LT1 guys would buy a high grade single/ twin turbo kit ???? with or w/o turbos? Kit would come will ALL hardware from headers to custom intercooler, all piping, downpipe, bolts nuts etc. and what would you pay for a single or TT kit ?

I do believe pricing is already established on those items. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Also, I'm pretty sure that after the "Incon" incident, people will be a tad bit reluctant to give money to someone w/o a solid reputation. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Good luck, though. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

I am interested if the price is comparable to what is out there now.. Anymore than what others are charging and you are done. Your kit must work with Camaros as well.. I am very interested in any kit that allows cars to be lowered..

The price depends on what equipment your using. I mean if you using inexpensive T3/T4 based turbos that right there would nock the price of the kit by at least a grand when compared to say a water/oil cooled, ball bearing gtbb series. List what components you had in mind and we can figure out much its worth. What would be included in the kit, fuel system, exhaust, etc, etc.

Kits/Cost......ALL kits will come with...

Custom 3 core IC (intercooler)
Custom 1-3/4" headers
Custom Downpipe(s)
ALL hardware nuts bolts washers etc.
ALL custom (Chrome) piping
Brand new Turbonetics turbo(s)
ALL hose clamps and silicone hoses
Wastegates/Racegates and BOV Blow Off Valve
8 New Injecters from 42lbs on UP
Custom 2.5 or 3" Y pipe

Costs would start at 1800 W/O turbos/wastegates ?
kits with everything would start at 3100 up to 6000 for a full "race" kit ???what are you thoughts ideas comments ?

Incon is pertty much out of busniess since they havent shiped a kit probably over a year now. and their customer service sucks etc. alot of people fore see they are out of the turbo game.

how about pricing on manifolds/headers and downpipes for those who are brave enough to want to build the rest of the kit, but save the trouble of building custom headers (no reason to reinvent the wheel)

Those prices sound reasonable.. When you get everything ready to go and have a kit for a Camaro SS let me know.. I will run this by my installer and see what he thinks..

Given the fact that a number of folks still have not received all their Incon kit parts, I think that internet-based buyers will be very careful when they buy a kit, since they want to make sure they are dealing with a company/ person who is well capitilized and in it for the long haul.

I have been a long time anti-Incon person for the simple fact that Incon has screwed around with filling orders for two years, and I can tell it's an issue of money.

Few more questions:

1. What are you doing for fuel other than injectors? We all know that the stock pump wont handle jack? Plus what will you be using for a 1:1 regulator?

2. Also were will the turbos be mounted, ie gravity drain or a scavenge pump setup? If scavenge pump what type of pump, hopefully dry sump pump.

3. Will the turbonetcs turbos be ball bearing type? Will you be using custom compressor housing and turbine housing (ie Incon) or stock type housings?

4. Emission legal? (Oh sorry just had to ask on that one, Yes I now not likely)

5. Since your going with one intercooler were is it going and will the kit loose air conditioner etc?

Gary</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">regulator will either be a Holley or Aeromotive not sure as to which one will work best...that will come with testing and tuning of the system.

Turbos will below the the headers looking something like the Incon TT kit. I am drawing up some different plans as we speak as to the different ways i can mount then.IE
i will keep you all up to date on how things are looking.

You the Customer will have the choice of ordering
ball bearing or standerd type turbo(s) You the Customer when ordering your kit you will have the choice on ordering your turbo(s) custom or stock/standerd depending on your setup.

Emission legal..that is what im shooting for i know its a BIG ISSUE with everyone. And will be trying my very best to keep everyone happy as best as i can.

Intercooler will be a front mounted intercooler dual feed in and single 4" out to the intake w/chrome polished piping.

As also I know A/C and P/S is another BIG ISSUE with everyone wanting to keep their acc. drives and YES you still can use them.!

Anymore questions comments or ideas ?

I am very intersted. I have been looking into the ls1 motorsports kit, but I would really be intersted in a twin kit. I'd like to be able to take it out of the package and have everything i need to put it on. Also, when do you think this kit will be available?

Thanks
Ryan
