Default Time for a BIG blower (ATI F1 inside)

More air was needed for the ARE 409 stroker motor so it will now be fed by a custom 8 rib ATI F1 blower. This kit isn't a direct bolt on for the LS1 but after some fabrication it's right at home. We're looking to make about 15# of boost for now and over 700 rwhp... and then spray it

Sweet!!!!!! I wonder where Jackyl's T-trim is going? Is there any other place to mount a blower in that size range besides where yours is Tom?

Beware of sucking little animals and children into your intake now. It is a big blower.

This looks to be the best place to mount the blower. It's big enough that the hat couldn't be used (not enough room). That's why there is a screen on the blower to keep little critters from getting sucked in there

Great Sweating Jesus - 409 with 15 PSI of boost AND spray?
Somehow the term "wretched excess" comes immediately to mind!
15 pounds and 200-shot ought to be good for a mid-8 second quarter mile times on a stock-weight car - just think, with 45 PSI, you could make 1800 wheel HP and run mid-7's...

BTW, the 12-Bolt is in.

I just drove it down the street last night.

I'd forgotten how a rearend with no gear-noise DIDN'T sound!

How about a 404ci stroker with a Precision T-88 and a F.A.S.T. fuel management system?

We've got the car running, but don't have enough fuel with the stock computer. The F.A.S.T. system is going on next week.

We also moved the intercooler to a true front mount location, with an opening cut in the center of the front nosepiece. As soon as we get some paint on it, we'll post pics.
