Turbocharger headers, Better pics

Got a bunch of 321 Stainless bends off ebay..... made these. Little ways to go but coming out OK.

Tack welded then polished then finish welded. Working on the collectors. Fit nice between frame rails on my Vette'. Get to keep my AC intact.

That setup looks SICK! But id doesnt look like your belts are ligned up

The purple must look familiar...... Actually dont have a metal shop. We lasercut plastic but the other tools and machines are just my lifelong collection of toys. I love my tools. My best strength is just willing to do things over and over until I get it right. Should have seen my TIG welding a couple weeks ago.. BARF!! I just could not get the hang of it for the longest time. Figured out that fitting is everything. I welded these with my power turned all the way down and no filler rod at all.

So far...... 97' vintage LS1. Align bored, decked, Torque plate honed. Crank cut .010 polished and heavy metal balanced. Eagle 6.125 forged rods. Mahle flat top -3cc forged pistons. i hope you have enough penatration. I dont see why you wouldnt use filler

If you dont have enough penatration, they may crack at 1400 degrees

Redid some pics........ me and the camera just dont get along.......
Decided on the Hooker stainless formed collectors. Wont be available till' November.
