Stylin', I hear what your saying and after tonight, I still think its a combo or sorts. As it was tonight, Larry installed the piping with new 4ply silicone from a local Hydraulic Shop, clamped it and double checked everything. Went to the track, first time with DR's and stall, staged and within the first 100' or so blew the damn dogleg off again. Banged up the over axle pipe more and this time bent the pipe. The dogleg is jacked but I think we can get it back into shape. Hoses blown and one had a clamp just simply pull right clean off, and yes it was tight. Frustrating.

There is something not right if you are "blowing" silicone pipes one after another.
Do you have a boost gauge?
From what you are saying is that the hose is blowing up during the full throttle run.
1) Is your waste gate opening?
2) Is it the same hose consistantly?
3) What does the boost gauge read at max boost?
4) After you install a new hose/piping, check the travel of your tires/LCA's to make sure that the axle/LCA's/tires are not hitting the piping somewhere.
5) Is your waste gate taking its reference from the intake mainfold?
If so, I am wondering if you have something clogging your intake pipe past that hose. My problem with that is that your car shouldnt idle.
Just some ideas.

1) Seems to work fine on street and normally on track

2) Same couplers basically, yes.

3) 5psi on max boost, unless he turns the MBC up some, doesnt spike out at 900000 or anything.

4)Did that yesterday to make sure nothing was contacting it. This car does have some suspension travel, but nothing was interupting the movement.

5) Larry? I believe its tapped off the brake booster?

Hope that helps.

He answered all correct. The waste gate for the STS is in the vacum hose by the PCM. The wastegate is opening no problem. My boost was at 5 psi maxing at about 6 during shifts. Im 99% sure it blew between shifts last night.

Sounds like a funky problem man. Try a Tial BOV for spikes between shifts.

I would look into something moving too much and actually ripping the couplers. That tiny amount of boost can't be doing anything to a reinforced coupler.

Lots of the ricer shops in hawaii sell BOVs. Maybe you can secure them by welding some 3 bolt flanges our just weld them up.

There is nothing in those videos that should be "bursting" silicone.
I can't see how 5psi is poping your silicone. Maybe you should try a BOV just to see if that cures it. I don't think it will, but who knows.
Sorry, not much help. Good luck.

maybe the wastegate is put too far or too close in the piping and creating excessive pressure?

Wow. I wish I would've met you guys before I moved away from Hawaii. I recognized those pics on the third page; at the Hickam Auto Hobby Shop!! I remember working with that bald guy, haha. I didn't have an F-body in HI though, I had my Evo VIII and was with EFI Unlimited.

Cool video, but you definately can not see anything there that is causing

them to shred apart like they are. Can't wait fo find out what is doing this.

Keep us posted!

Ok it there is a bead on the tubing ends and still blows off you have one more option.. SAFTEY wire. Welded an eyelet on both peices of tubing you are having troubles with, far enough apart so the hose still installs... Then put it all back together and use the wire to hard tie the peices together..

I have one joint that I am relying on the tension of the coupler to keep away from the a/c built. After welding a bead around them all worked fine.. The safety wire was used on another joint for ther short term, HAD the wrong size coupler and clamp combo, but it did work.

Wonder if the tubing is bouncing around or has type of load on it..
