Turbos go back on tomorrow ;)
Please keep in mind that he is doing all of this on his own time and not getting any payment for it. He is probably working on this stuff in his free time, so try and give him a break.
Just the fact that he is shipping stuff without getting any $$$ from Dave should give you some insight into his integrity.

The hoses are all back on and I have about 2-3 hours of work to do today and I should be finished.
The turbos will be going on without much of an exhaust, so we will see how it is to drive.
I also need to weld-in a wideband bung so that I can use my system, but I will probably have to have that done next week!

I got everything finished and then I couldn't find the little T connector that goes on the other end of the one-way check valve for the oiling system
So, it looks like another week without a TT car...but, all I have left is to put on the connector, connect the 2 feed lines and put in oil and coolant and I am all finished!!!
Gary,
I am going to put my sensor in the y-pipe just behind the dump tube on the drivers side...this is about where I had it when I had the stock manifolds on there and it worked beautifully!

I got everything together on Friday and had a little bit of a leak on the oil feed line on the driver's side turbo...so I had to drop the assembly and tighten it up.
I am getting some knock retard...and I am not sure as to whether it is the solid mounts or not. I put good gas in the car and it still gets some knock. I pulled some timing with Edit and I am going to add in more fuel and see if that will take care of the problem.
After I added some 101 I got on the car a bit and it feels like a beast!!! I think that I should apologize to the 01-02' Lightning and the 97 Trans Am that got raped

Question for you Scott were did you mount the wideband controller box. With the cable that came with the kit was not long enough to reach behind the turbo with the box mounted in the engine compartment.

I have the box mounted underneath the A/C controls forward of the shifter...you can't see it and it was pretty simple to drill a hole in the trans tunnel and the wires reached.
I was going to have a bung welded into the Incon Y-pipe, but for now I am just using the rear o2 bung. It seems to be a lot farther forward then it's placement on the stock pipe...and I don't have cats, so there is no problem there.
Do you have any idea why they want you to mount the sensor so that the tip is pointing as close to down as possible? mine is pretty much parallel to the ground right now and it seems to work fine.

Thanks for the tip on the location, I guess I will mount in th center council. I might see if I can make a longer connector. I should have asked them the length before I bought it, I forgot that they mostly do import stuff.
