Turbos go back on tomorrow ;)
Tom shipped my turbo manifolds on Friday and they went 2-day air, so they will be here tomorrow
I started putting the car back to turbo form...I mounted the *** pipe again and am going to pull off the stock exhaust manifolds early tomorrow morning.
I'm putting on solid mounts for a little extra clearance on the turbos. There have been some major changes to the setup since the manifolds were on last time (heads, cam, intake, cage, etc.)...so the first few days will be spent doing some tuning and sorting out. If I get the car finished tomorrow then I will let you guys know how it feels.
Thx,
Scott

Looks like Tom is getting things worked out. That is if the parts did indeed ship
The solid mounts are gonna give you lots of room mixed w/ a k-member. Are they Madman's?
You may need to open the holes up a bit to get everything aligned, i did

The mounts are Madman's...actually, I have the same setup as you with the PA K-member and A-arms. I was the first one to modify that K-member for the Incon kit.
They are out for delivery, so we will see!

The PA stuff is nice. I wasn't planning on the A-arms but the stockers wouldn't fit the turbo specific k-member. Now if they had told me before hand, i wouldn't have figured that out w/ the engine on the floor and the car on the hoist

The sump runs off the old AC belt drive. To keep the gear speed in the pump within reason i have to run a 4" pulley on the pump and a 3" pulley on the crank. The ATI damper I have to run is way under drive. Not sure on the hours of operation, but i bet it's more than my fuel pump
If all else fails, call Katech. They use Razor pumps on alot of stuff.
Also I dont want to give people the wrong impression on the Incon parts. I wont be getting the CHRAS (I bought them myself), stage II injector brackets (not using the fueling part of the stage II computer), and probably not the y-pipe (Tom said he did not have a big enough box, which means he propbably did not have the parts). I was supposed to get these 6 months ago.

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
The stock manifolds are off and I am in the process of changing the motor mounts (this is a major pain in the *** on your back )
There is a ton more room with the stock mounts out of the way...
Tomorrow I plan on re-installing the manifolds and completing the setup...and then a little test driving
Matt,
Thanks for the tip on the mount holes. I reamed mine out a little before I installed them, and it was apparent that they needed it.
Scott
Sounds good, that should give me plenty of time to get the turbos re-installed, the new fuel system in, and the car tuned.
I just got back today from Lake Havasu for the 4th and I am working on the motor mounts and getting the turbos bolted up today.
I should have the car running by next Saturday.

My update hasn't changed...I got the turbos on Tuesday and left for Lake Havasu on Weds. for the 4th of July.
I got back late on Saturday and bolted up the manifolds on Sunday, so now all I really have to do is re-run the water lines, the oil lines, and some small misc. stuff.
I am traveling for work and will not be back home until Saturday, so it has to sit for now.
