Are you running the SDCE tensioner?
No it is the stock ATI setup. I saw one of your post on how close the belt was to you water pump. I have not seen the SDCE setup, but what if you were to try a differant size idler or tensioner pulley to give you a bit more clearance. Just a thought, might move the belt up or down to give you the need room.

Messing with the idler won't help. I think the ATI crank pulley will move the belt about 1/4" closer to my EWP.
I may be able to move the tensioner just enough for it to clear. :dunno:

Im running the 7.65 crank with 4.25 blower and seeing 7.5-8psi at 6400RPM. Now i have 8.5 crank and 4.25 blower and saw 10psi at 6000RPM but it bent the idler pulley bolt and broke off three crank pulley bolts before we could finish tuning on the dyno. So now im going to try the same pulley setup again, but this time with the SDCE setup(When it arrives ) and grade A bolts on the crank pulley and idler pulley.

Where did you get the 8.5 crank pulley? Is it a 8 rib? Are you running the ATI Superdampner as well????

I bought it from a member here, but i think ASP made it. Its an 8 rib pulley and it does work with the superdampner.
