attention vortech owners !!!!
attention vortech owners !!!! if anyone has experienced having the crank bolt loosen you need to call vortech and tell them. the hub is spinning on your crank and destroying it. they sell the kit with a $1000 ati dampner and it strips out the hub and crank. my crank is ruined. and vortech pulled the i never heard of that before. so all of you guys need to call and complain about the part spinning. ati now sells a pin kit to install to hold the pulley on. its around 200 bucks. maybe vortech will pay for it. please call them to let them know of the problem the # is 1 805 247 0226

Re: attention vortech owners !!!! the pinning kit didnt do **** for my friends forged crank. He ruined 5 bits trying to drill that sucker. We just dropped the motor and sent the crank to the machine shop to have a keyway cut. Good luck!

I called the months ago and told them the crank pulley is spinning and they said the same thing never heard of such a thing cablebandit and I pulled the motor last weekend and hope to start putting back together next week or the week after btw you have to machine the ati jeg down to get it to fit in the vortech pulley I have already done that it you need one I will sell you mine since I don't need it anymore. good luck
