If all of the above was capable of supporting 700 rwhp, then, absolutely, the car would duplicate this at 1 CF.

I think GWP has built the motor to put'er there. But, yeah... you have to give it enough to eat, stink and crap. (Crude simile, I know. )

I just know that GWP is known for posting huge horsepower numbers and not giving the correction factor. So whenever I see any dyno numbers from gwp I know there is a correction factor involved. Thats all

The reason why nobody is concerned with Robs correction factor is that he dynos in Indiana. Unless he's in the altitude chamber over at United Airlines' maintainance base in Indianapolis, the factor can't be more than a few percent. And unless GWP dynos at the bottom of a 5,000 ft mine shaft, their factor must be about 20.

LMAO
Here it is, my car, that is the subject of the thread, and I just now see it - 30 posts later
Anywho, if anyone has any questions on my car, feel free to ask. It really is a nice ride. Kenny, Jason, and others, have done a darn fine job. They built my last motor 610rwhp and are now starting to get the power levels up pretty nice on this one too.
As for the always testy correction factors... a couple pat comments. First, my last motor dyno'ed 609 rwhp here in Denver and 610 rwhp in Kansas city. Cf's here range from 1.18 to 1.23. Cf's at Lingfelters (Indiana) when I've had it dyno'ed there were .98 and 1.02. Cf in Kansas City was about the same as Indiana.
As for my making this power (700rwhp) at sea level, i.e., Cf of 1.0, that is a fair question. If the fuel pressure holds up (enough pump) and if the belt don't break (20% more air) and if nothing else goes boom, then yea - I'd dyno the same. Just as I did last year. But, there is always the problem of making 20% more power at low elevations and risking something breaking
Again, it is always nice to see a thread about your own car - 30 posts later

Re: GWP 422 Stroker - 693 RWHP / 611 RWTQ
I was out at the Super Chevy show in Denver..and saw your dyno sheet...It was very impressive. I know you guys are still working on the car, but I figured it would run better than the 12.20's..to 12.80's it was turning at the track. Good luck in getting it dialed in...
BTW... if you live in Denver..than you may know my brother.. 106.7 KBPI's DJ.. named Willi B. He's a dodge nut..so Im sure he'll love doing some street racing with ya..

Re: GWP 422 Stroker - 693 RWHP / 611 RWTQ
Thanks Talon.
And while I have not met the KBPI guy (Willie B), I checked out his car at Dyno Pro when they re-did his NOS setup. Now it looks pretty sweet!
As for my tuning, the good news is now we know what happened at the Super Chevy show. The last minute change was a different TC setup. However, the guy doing the work and GWP had a bit of a miscommunication. They wound up making my TC operate as purely a fluid coupler - with NO torque multiplication. So... they are now in the process of building me a totally new TC with the stall set for my actual wheel torque. Soon... I will be kickin some butt at the track. And, lookin for Willie B

Re: GWP 422 Stroker - 693 RWHP / 611 RWTQ
Just heard from my brother..he's coming back from test and tune at the track. He ran some 11.0's @ 131.xx mph... so he's got the potential to dip into the 10's..just has to hook the car right. Not bad for a 4000lb 69 Dodge Charger!
Anyway, best of luck to you and your car. Hope to see you next time I'm out in Denver.

I thought Clay was going with the F3 because the F2 could not keep up. Anyways nice numbers I have a couple of rides with his 383/D1 setup, now I think it is time for another one
