not too shabby at all.

interesting choice to have no airflow to the fmic.

also the pipe coming under the K member, if your lowered at all your going to wish you had it come up alot quicker than you did. not a big deal to fix if you hit it too much.

nice stealth place for the meth tank.

good job.

yeah the meth tank was a damn good idea!

I stuck a hose clamp on mine where it hits the ground over a hard bump with the worm screw down. I lose a hose clamp or 2 every week but my pipe is still in decent shape

Not to nitpick but I think the turbo is mounted too low.We ussually spin them up until they are .5" from the heat shield. That one looks level with the rear fully extended which would hang under the rear when on the ground.

We wanted to make sure the oil return on the turbo was at the lowest point so thats why its facing this direction... we may still play with it a bit to see if we like it another way! Thanks for the input though

Ozzy approved the cutting so we made sure the FMIC will get plenty of air! It was reading 98 degrees IAT 2 feet from the TB on our test runs with ambient temps outside around 70 degrees

Say what Guess his radiator works in a vacume as well. It's know to work like this, but rad gets less airflow as it takes a higher PSI to cross the increased fin area. I would be more concerned with efficiency in and airflow threw the intercooler as it seem a bit small. Cant really see a nice pic of the intercooler itself, sort of looks like a 2 core procharger unit.

Good job man keep it up

in the pics its sitting behind the support with no holes, thus the no airflow comment. it would be too far forward to get much if any of the air deflected up from the radiator.

for comparisons sake on my setup with the more common IC in the front with the cut bumper support behind, crusing down the freeway outside temp 64, IAT reads 66, short blasts at 5.5 psi IAT's stay the same or actually drop 2 degrees. thats a far cry from the 28 degree increase they are seeing. and yes I have the datalogs to prove it if you wish to see them.

so you can save the I wasn't dissing his setup, just saying it was an interesting choice. I can fully understand doing it if the owner has no desire to cut up his car. they are just practicing a little give and take.

Have seen enough FMIC and twin IAT setups to know all he needs is a bit of deflection to make it work. Just like the stock radiator.

It is a TTI street kit intercooler, I used that intercooler all the way to 500 rwhp on a Mustang dyno, with Meth others on this board have gone to 600
