Blown C6 question
Blown C6 question There is a guy here in town w/ a procharged C6 that says he's making 740rw on stock internals and drivetrain and his gonna smack my SS all over town. Anyway, I dunno much bout the LS2 internals but can it take that much power???? He wont tell me what kinda procharger kit or what psi he's running. He's kinda of a cocky *****. He's had it in for me ever since i took out his bolt-on 00TA w/ my SS when it was bolt-on only.
possible yes. Probable no. lol. MAYBE that much at the crank adn min 600's at teh wheels. But i dont think nehigher. Most vette owners dont drive them liek the stole them. That and last time i checked 851 rwhp beat 740 8 days a week lol. GL

Thats what i was thinking too, put some good gas in it, and put 17lbs to it. That is assuming you can even get that to hook where your gonna race

from what i was told he wants to run on the street on street legal tires either from a dig or a 5-10mph roll and he'll tell me how much boost he's running then and that i need to run the same amount to make it "fair". Guess my MT DRs are legal enough. In reality id guess he's prolly only running 8-10psi max if he's stock internals. I'll be lookin for him tonight since my SS is my only car working right now anyway
he was nowhere to be found but my buddys girlfriend got me doing an 8psi fly-by w/ her cell phone camera thingy so as soon as i get that i'll put it up for any1 whose interested. Its kinda dark though......
