Default update kit for P-1SC

Where can I get a kit to get more boost out of my P-1SC? I've got 4psi right now & thats not enough! Any ideas on what I'll need to complete this & What HP gains should I look for?

I would contact ATI for a different pulley.

I've done some homework, but get different answers from everyone. Guys with 7psi please help > Is it a must to get 42lb injectors, is it a must to get custom chip for my computer, do I need a new fuel pump? I've already been told that the fuel system in my LS1 plus the addition of the updates that come with P-1sc 5 psi kit from ATI were enough. A pretty reliable sourse told me that all I would need is the pully and a new belt. The time to change all injectors, etc > was when I went to 8psi and higher. Please shed some light on this subject. By the way I've called ATI and I have heard 2 different answers. One of the guys acted as if this was not a question worth his time (I guess he doesn't relize that I'm part of his paycheck) Anyway please help!!!!!

I'd do the 42# and tuning for sure.
If you're hitting 450rwhp+ you'll want at least an Aux Pump.

Well as far as I know. Ati said keep the ATI supplied inline pump, scrap the FMU..... tuning and 42lb injectors will work fine. They also said you could scrap the stock in tank pump along with the inline ATI supplied pump, for an in tank Walbro unit, or similar, that supports up to 500 RWHP. Hope this helps!
I have been searching for answers all day, to up my boost from 5# to 7# Later,& Good Luck Angelo

Talked with ATI yesterday? Let me refrase > I called ATI and was put on hold for 1/2 hour twice, got sick and hung up the phone!!! All I want is someone with some personal experince to give a boost crazed person some help! I've been told 38# injectors, new pully(7#) and belt, was all I need from a guy at the horsepowerstore.com. They seem like they know what they are talking about! The computer reprograming was not a must, but that it would help. Come on 7# procharger guys, help my ignorant *** out!

Computer programming is an absolute must with a 7# ATI pulley!!!!! If you like you engine. Get it dyno tuned!!!

I went with the 42lb Ford injectors, also keeping my ATI supplied in line booster pump.

I run the 42 lb injectors with the 7 lb pulley on my P1. I also run a Aeromotive pump with an Aeromotive Pump Controller. You will need all those things to run the 7 lb pulley.

ok,

I started with the standard P1SC ATI kit when they were released including the aux ati pump, fmu, a 3.4 pulley and stock programming on a 2001 TA Firehawk, no other mods. With the 28# stock inj I ran great for 6 months.. not one problem here in palm beach, FL, lots of heat. I upgraded to 38# and 3.2 pulley. Ended up with less than 9:1 A/F on my dyno run aka: severely rich pig without tuning... got tuning and everything is fine now with a 3.2 pulley.

Now since the 2001 has bigger injectors, and perhaps that it was NEW, may have something to due with it working fine, but I do not recomend it. But without tuning the 38# will not run worth a crap.
