I want to upgrade to a 7lb pulley on my ATI setup.
It is currently the 4lb setup w/FMU.
How would LS1 Edit,42lb injectors, aeromotive 1000hp inline pump and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator sound??? Can I get rid of that damn FMU once and for all???
Any input would be really appreciated! Thanks!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I've got 38# injectors, custom cal (not Ls1 edit) actual GM custom cal..done in house...hehe..... ATI inline pump, and no FMU, and have had no problems, actually running too rich, tweaking cal to pull fuel, and using other methods of fuel calibration to play. No fuel pressure reg needed, mine stays at 65psi, and wot is at about 63psi. No problems yet on 7 lbs, were gonna go for 15 now, and see how she wakes up.

15lbs aye....sounds you'll be hav'n some fun.
So you kept the ATI inline pump, dumped the FMU and managed it w/ the custom tuning & 38lb injectors. Sounds like a plan.
I guess I would be wasting money w/some of the stuff I was considering.
BTW did you go to a GM dealership for the in house tune??
thanks bud <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

No, i work part-time at a Peformance Machine shop here in the Detroit area, and we do our cals in-house with our own softwareif you are interested, lemme know, you could send the PCM, and have it cal'd, kinda pricy, but it's a real GMcal, not like LS1 Edit, that just tricks the computer, don't get me wrong, they are both excellent ways of tuning, but until we do more research on Edit, we are gonna continue to do them this way, the nice thing about edit would be being able to change easier than with having to custom write and change a GM cal, which is done in Binary.
