That heavy-breathing 383 has a much higher VE than a stock LS1, and you have opened up the airflow a lot over a stock motor so the MAF table has gotta be way off too.
I'll help ya do it !! You can always go back to your current tune as long as you save it...

Also I found out that the blower shim (.045) they supplied is the only one you should have under the pulley. Now I know why I may have belt slip. And why the wear on the back side of the belt is off.

Hopefully replacing the leaky plenum will help.
Borrowed one from Rob for the track tonight and dyno tomorrow.
I also ordered a 3.2 blower pulley. Think I can get away with a 3.0??
3.2 will spin the blower @ 6400 59450 rpms
3.0 will spin the blower @ 6400 63413 rpms

Cool, just changed my order to a 3.0 pulley
I didn't really notice a difference. But too much traffic, couldn't get the rpms over 4k.
Hopefully I will notice something at the track over 5k
Thanks again Rob.

Well the track showed no real change, so I guess that wasn't it.
Still only got 7# of boost. I guess with the larger motor I need to change the pulley. If that doesn't do it, then I guess its time for a D1.
I did run a new best. Ran out of Nitrous before I could break into the 6's
7.06 @ 99.78 1.68 60' - 125 shot
7.18 @ 102.0 1.81 60' - 150 shot

you picked up ~15hp i take it?still not where u should be....but it was still only at 7#'s...if you got the D1 and could push 15#s or so ud see 700rwhp i bet since the D1 can breathe better.Just out of curiosity could you post up your graphs of b4 the motor and after....alot of people dont peak much higher but they gain area under the curve with the stroker.just curious

....lower in the powerband you making quite a bit more torque.Like @ 3k you making like 75 more ft.lbs.but you dont have the hp to match.....You sure the tune is on?not doubting youre ability but the A/f was all over the place leaning out to almost 14:1....the bottom graph is pre-motor i take it???i looked at your website, very nice.but i was looking for your fuel mods....you sure you arent running out of fuel with only 1 intank and 42#ers???

I don't know what happened to the AFR. You saw the other graph. My AFR was about 11.5
Only change was the new plenum. I didn't get any knock. :dunno:
The bottom graph is a 150 shot.
I don't think so. Before I tuned it my AFR was really rich down in the 10's. I am running the Racetronix with 60# Mototrons.

If u going to upgrade pass the D-1SC and go with F1.
Im having the same problem with the AF changing every now and then. Its driving me crazy. My fuel pressure gauge goes down to 45psi and then go up to 62psi which is causing me problems with the A/F. Im running hot wire 255 intank pump and 60lbs injectors.
I think a return fuel system with 2 bar SD tuning should fix it.

I am pretty sure the D1 will fit right in where the P1 is. But doesn't the F1 require some modifications?
I am waiting for that Rail Mounted FPR from Racetronix.
