Twin turbos on a ls1 are not realy going to help you. Unless you are look to find the right turbo size. The headers are the easliest part the silicone tubes are the hard part. I think you should go with a t3/t4 like the Incon kits turbo. I wanted a turbo on my Escalade but I was go with one BIG one "easyer and cheaper". Good luck

I was doing some thinking and if truck heads fit on camaros then the ls1 turbo kit would fit your truck I think the cross pipe would need to be changed very easy and a very little amount on tubing would be remounted. the intercooler should also fit. Let me know what you think I am going look into this a little more. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Redaddiction, take a look at stangnet and check out the upside down shorty header setup on the stangs. I'm not sure our flanges can be modded like theirs just by elongating the bolt hole though. You might want to also look at mounting underneath the stock manifolds with a single pipe to connect each turbo, although a scavenge system would complicate things. My friend has a 00' silverado 5.3 and you definately have enough room under the hood. P.S. Do a search and see if there is a such thing as marine manifolds for the 5.3 heads. A guy is building a kit for a stang with these upside down very simple looking install.

silicon hoses like used on the Incon kit could easy be replaced with tubing (well easy if you have a aftermarket k-member) or you have someone make you some. I am sure the headers on a truck are laid out a little different than on the f-body.

There is lots of pics on my site of diff turbo systems. I have some more but none in a late model pickup. Figure out what you want out of the turbo system then talk to Innovative, Limit Engineering or Precision. They will help you get into a turbo size for your needs.

Can you tell us anything more about your setup? Looks like you are using a log type manifold.

What size turbo? Downpipe? Very interesting.
