Default Carputing's (Ls1-Edit) Customer Service

I just have to say, Carputing has been top-notch, so far.

I had a problem with my cable (stuff happens <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> ). They told me to just send it in.

I expressed mailed it to them, hoping for a quick turnaround.
Well, they received it on a Saturday, when Dave was out of town. Monday was a Holiday (for some... Veterans Day).
Yet, they had it either repaired or replaced and sent out on that Tuesday. I received it Thursday!

You couldn't ask for better service! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Also, so far, from most instances I can tell, they are VERY consistent with their initial delivery standard of two weeks on the cable and software. They continue to enhance and upgrade it as well.

In addition, they have a VERY active email list where interested customers and even the developers of the program discuss tuning issues and field many questions.

Great JOB guys! <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />

Well, I wish they would get back to me!! I paypal'd my payment on Friday and emailed the scanned order. It got bounced because their email didn't have enough space, I guess. I've sent them 3 emails asking about it, no response.
