please email me your order and when i make a batch i will COD one to you. I need to get about five more people that want them before i consider making a batch of ten up.
thanks for the business.
ATI is really stupid to make idlers out of aluminum because they wear out really fast plus aluminum is like 4 times the price of steel.

<strong>How much of this is the bearings wearing out vs. the pulley itself?</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Not a great picture, but maybe this will answer your question. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I would recommend that you get a steel idler because the aluminum ones wear out in a hurry. Im currently sold out but i can put your name on a list so you can get one when i make more.
I dont think anyone has worn there bearings out yet. I think the ATI kit has only been out a year so nobody has found out yet. Bearings are cheap anyways its just the inconvinence of taking the blower off to change them.
IF you have an aluminum idler get one of these, you won't be sorry.

If so, can you add me to the list?
Here is a C5 thread about C5 idler pulley bearings failing and recc'd replacement bearings. Anyone want to comment?
