SRT4HATER

I understand that the hose that goes to the TB goes on the front and I just cap the T-body barb off. My question to you is where do the two hoses that are on the back half of the motor go to. I know I need to route the to the other two barbs on the catch can, but is there a PCV filter on the back of the intake I need to put a plug or a filter on? My car is N/A but I just did a cam swap and I lost 2 qts of oil in about 4k miles.
