Exchange ideas without harrasment I thought the instigators and baiters stopped posting to this board months ago.
Let us exchange ideas and theories without personal attacks and name-calling.
If someone brings out a theory I disagree with, I will state my disagreement or doubt and ask for clarification on their position.
If someone asks me to support a comment I make, I have to respond without taking personal offense.
Many people post unproved or anecdotal (worked for them, but not scientifically or thoroughly tested) techniques or mods. <img border="0" alt="[bullshit]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bs.gif" /> ? They MUST be discussed and thought out. EVERYBODY acts like an expert. Who can you trust? Questions MUST be asked!
Don't get offended and lash out if you are asked to back up what you say.
Don't get all puffed up and full of bad-mouthing when you see someone post something you disagree with.
I consider myself a reasonable guy. But, if someone attacks me, I fight back. Most men do. Go by the old saying, "Don't start nothin', won't be nothin'".
Posting to a board is an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills.
ALWAYS post to someone the way YOU would like them to post to you, and you almost never will spark an unnecessary conflict.

What someone may intend as a little friendly ribbing, etc may setoff someone else unintentional. This makes for some really heated reading/writing, but at the end of the day, I think everyone understands that it's all good. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Well most of the time... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: Exchange ideas without harrasment Well Mike I know exactly what you mean....On the other board I voiced my opinion about that I liked the new LS1 Motorsports Turbo kit but that it's alittle pricey. And all the peanut gallery come out of the wood work and start harassing. I never said the system is bad. It's the folk that say personally harrasing or demeaning things, or try to start a fight when we are trying to have a meaningful thread that irk me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />
It would be good to have a board that is not heavily moderated and people govern themselves like adults. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
