Well I have no car, but I got my Nasty Nate sumped aluminum tank today and it looks beautiful. The pump is a Bosch 420 that I got from Kyle. Hopefully with the pump booster feeding the pump from this tank to the rest of the setup (lines, rails, reg, etc), my fuel should be taken care of.
Got a chrome moly shaft from PST, a Spohn relocated torque-arm, and some 315 nittos (scared of rain).

Man I can't catch a break here.....
MIGHTYMOUSE spent his saturday afternoon and part of the evening on the cold-*** concrete under the car helping me out some (thanks David), and it was better Saturday night, was holding boost to 9.5 and had plenty of fuel... and then Sunday a block from his house, my oil pressure dropped to like nothing. I cut the car off and coasted 1/2 mile or so to his house. Plenty of oil, it was clean, no smoke or noise from the new engine, so I'm guessing the oil pump. After sitting, I started it back up and it would hold 10psi of oil pressure per 1000 RPMs. I limped home at 1500 or below RPMs.... SCHIZER!!!
The kit that I have came with 2 puller fans, but the 76MM turbo just doesn't leave room for one of them (see pic below) so it's on the front side. The car will absolutley overheat quickly with the hood down sitting at lights, etc. It's solid on the highway, even with the AC. I'm gonna get some of the SPALs that RICE ETR has on his SS.
The Nasty Nate tank and Kyle's old Bosch pump are going in now too, and I'm gonna hit the pump with the 18volt up-swing from the MSD pump booster.
It was nice to drive the car again, even if it was only for 2 and half days.
TIGHT to the radiator already:

isnt that a brand new motor and the oil pump is messed up might be the oil pickup o-ring if they didnt change it when swapping the oil pump to the new motor or fucked it up when installing.

doesnt sound like it hurt the motor but barely any oil pressure. I had about 10# oil pressure at idle and would uncrease to 60-70 under WOT and it was the pick-up o-ring. CAM installed the oil pump I believe, but could be wrong

Yeah me thinks the o-ring myself... The engine should be just fine. The LS6 pump came from A&A, who built the short-block, from there I don't know to be honest... I'm not pointing fingers; schitt happens, it just needs to be straightened out... ...and it needs more fuel.

You can't run this kit on ONE of those fans. You need another one ASAP. Are you sure you didn't get two pushers? They're supposed to be two pushers that you can mount on the front. By mistake, I received one pusher and one puller. Then, one died. I now have an original pusher on the front and a neat Flex-a-Lite (sp?) 15"-er that only measures 1 1/2 inches thick as a puller on the engine side... Running AC at stoplights is not a problem now.

Oddly enough I have 1 pusher and 1 puller too.... maybe it's not an accident, or maybe we should 1:1 swap
I have the puller on the inside and the pusher on the outside staggered to the side. They are not enough.
I ordered 2 SPAL 12" 1650ish CFM pusher fans. I'll leave the single PTS puller in there as well for the time being.

the fans were suposed to be 2 pushers and I have not had real problems with mine
when it starts to heat up check your voltage it will be starting to get low
just rev it up to around 1000 RPM and I have not had any other problems
I set in bumper to bumper traffic on Saturday PM for around 30 minutes never getting over 5 ot 10 mph and no problems
the alt does not pull enough volts at low RPM and the fans slow down alot
are your fans really loud because mine are crazy loud
I am working on a fix now
OH btw the car looks really good

My fans are pretty quiet... Traffic sucks
FROST: Make sure you don't have any other problems because when both my fans worked in your same configuration, I never overheated. Your one pusher and one puller SHOULD be enough...
1:1, huh? Who gets the pusher/pusher and who gets the puller/puller? Holy ****, this sounds like the script for a snuff film... ****... Hit her, too, while we're at it.
