The gate now dumps to atmosphere; all the pipes are cleaned up, primed, and painted with ceramic VHT and then wrapped and sprayed.









Driver's side manifold back on, valve cover looking less like butt than before:





Passenger side manifold bolted back up:






intermediate exhaust and crossover cleaned up, wrapped, and back on:

Frost,

Is that a spohn Kmember?

Thats the same one I just installed. Getting the downpipe to clear the steering stem has been a major bitch. I ended up notching the v-band clamp a bit to clear it. And it still kinda rubs a little.

When you cracked the manifold, how did you notice it? Were you getting a misfire?

I could hear it sputtering... Yeah it's a Spohn K-member and lower arms. I don't have steering clearance problems.
