yeah there is APS, which is based out of AU, they have an amazing twin turbo kit, it has the same kind of engineering that the Incon kits did for our Fbodies. I think the reason for that is Dave Inall works for them, and he may be doing the design.

that is the onlything that bothers me about their company, he is not in their upper mangement from what the guy at APS said so Id like to give them a try, but dont have a GTO

I think the APS looks like the cleanest setup of the bunch. I wouldn't be concerned necessarily about Dave Inall working there. Credit cards have fraud provisions for a reason.

You can always get a custom system made.

Are the AVO and APS kits the same thing?

Because that AVO setup looks like Incon's. They even have similar advertising claims, and terminology.

I only saw one picture of the APS before the thread was deleted, but it showed it from underneath, and that was definately Incon style.

One of these days the Camaro is going to get a little long in the tooth, and a twin turbo GTO sounds sweet. The price is reasonable for what you get.

Mark,
No, AVO and Air Power Systems are competitors which are both based in the Melbourne, Australia area. AVO signed on with RMS to distribute the TT kits in the US at least a year ago when I had first seen it at SEMA. Hahn Racecraft also has a TT system for the GTO which was at SEMA and PRI last year.

Thanks for those kind words and I am glad that you like the layout of the APS twin turbo system.

For what it's worth APS has been designing and manufacturing turbo systems for over 20 years, long before David joined the APS engineering team. The GTO intercooled twin turbo system was designed by the entire APS engineering team (harnessing all of the expertise that we as business have developed from turbo system design over the last 20 years) not just David.

Maybe you might get to try the APS twin turbo system to suit the C6 Corvette, that twin turbo system will be released in April 06.

If APS felt there would be enough buyers of a twin turbo kit for the F body, I am sure they would produce one. Twin turbo kits are not cheap to produce, and a $9,000.00 kit for the aging F Body's may not sell as well as you would imagine. Many affluent GM loyalist have moved on to the GTO's and CTS-V and C6 Corvettes, as the F Body's are getting on in years. Sure there would still be buyers, but maybe not enough for the expense involved.
Then again... We work on a lot of F Body's, and there are a lot of people like myself, who love the timeless design of the late model F Bodies. There are a lot of people looking for 500+ rwhp for their Camaro's and Firebird's. Who knows?.... Bob
