MS3 cam D1SC, and Spray!

Ok i thought i would make a new thread and see if i can get some more questions answered. I have a forged 347 with the MS3 236/242 .603 .609 112 lsa, but would like to know if anyone has ran this cam with a supercharger setup or has heard of anyone doing so? I plan on running around 10 psi and a 100 shot and would like to know if this cam is going to be alright for what im planning on doing. Im in the market now for some low compression heads, fast 90/90, kook 1 7/8 headers and some other goodies and just thought i would see about the cam.

Should work okay, might not have a peak like some of the low-overlap cams but peak hp is not what runs records.

I know this cam loves spray do you think that a 100 shot at about 10psi would bring the peak pretty good. I think i found me some stage III heads, ill do a fast 90/90 with 1 7/8 kook headers and 3 inch X pipe with sweet thunder mufflers, that should flow really good.

sounds like a potent setup. I would probably go with a smaller cam with the blower, but thats just me. either way good luck with it.

I feel stupid but explain to me what overlap is? And you had a choice what cam would it be? I want some thing that you can hear and something that gives alot of power at the same time.

overlap is the time in which both intake and exhaust valves are open, the reason why that is not desired with FI is that you would be leaking boost into the exhaust before its used.

wow, i just noticed the date of your post. i take it you opted out of the blower?
