walbro 340 questions

There is no kit that fits our car exactly. There is one for 98 but for 99 and newer, you have to modify the Walbro to fit.

I thought the crimper package said resistant to fuel/oil.

I think I might stick a plastic crimp in a glass of fuel and see what happens over time. They are high up so it's not like they'll be submerged in gas all the time.

Yes, expensive but I thought they might have a wire harness you could buy for the Walbro. That kit only works in 98's. Also make sure you don't use the supplied fuel line that comes with the Walbro since it's just standard fuel line. Get some high pressure stuff and use some good SS hose clamps.
I contacted them and they said that the plug and play one wouldn't be out till 2003, would you guys say screw it and get a walbro.....which you already have done...kinda know the answer, or get an inline and wait on the plug and play one this summer?
