You can get a turbo off ebay and put it on your car...
What is your power wants?
What is your down the road power wants?
that will tell you what size to get pretty much. There is lots of diff things that come into play. Just remember a t-76 is not the only size turbo...
The headers are going to cost you about 1500-2000 for a nice set of stainless headers, then intercooler (500-1200 depending on what you want)
wastegate 200-600 depending on how big..
misc stuff 400 (oil lines, hoses for joining tubes, clamps etc..)
air filter 50
all things add up just do some turbo post looking there was a few that i broke down the complete cost of making your own kit and without tuning you can get it in the range of $3-4k
If you don't have time I would honetly say get an off the shelf setup.. I have been very picky with my buildup and very particular with what parts i get so my cost was raised but the final project is worth it to me..

You need to get in touch with Cablebandit. He made up his own, custom turbo set-up on his 2000 WS6. Got it way into the 11s.

I basicly did the same thing he did. We had simialr set ups.
