Default CAS TT,done this week!

Been a very rough couple of months without my car in the garage. I believe the wait is over. Received an email this past Friday night with good news. I hope to bring the car home for a few days, this weekend. Then it is off to Jim over at Speed Inc for tuning. It should make some insane numbers. I believe this car will be the first with stock heads? However I have a nice power making cam. Should be interesting. I will want a rich tune on the dyno (10.0). Charged Air's work is second to none. I have great expectatons toward the outcome. I will update hopefully sometime the end of this week. Angelo

Congrats!
ps- 10:1 is WAY too fat. With conservative timing 12:1 is plenty rich for safety...

Tony I have no problems with you or your products....I think you build excellent products. I was just wondering what thats all about. I have no doubt that you are straight up, and I know there are always 2 sides to every story. I just wanted to be re-assured. I was already burned by Burhead headers which I thought the owner waylon was straight up...now he has $1300 dollars of mine and I haven't seen anything since...hehe. Just don't want to go through that again... I'm sure you can see where I'm coming from also...again, I am sure you are stand up guy, but claims like that just make people wonder. I will retract my other post....sorry for any inconveniences.

I know Tony pretty well and have had no problems with the quality of his work on my TT C5. He is a standup guy and stands behind his work. He might be tough to get a hold of sometimes which is a direct reflection of how busy he is and the demand of his talent.

Just my personal experience.

When I first saw this thread, I said I hope it isn't true. There is no room in this world for theives. B.F. summed it up perfectly, about Tony. Besides, why would we have any interest in this, except for the fact both our car's are at his shop. Mine, not for too much longer.

I would like to hear the hole story, But I must say BF is correct Tony is hard to get ahold of and he has told me he sent me something and I didnt get it right away but I did get it. I went down to CAS per the order of Tom at Speed inc, He told me Tony would build me a TT set up So off I went 18 hours , Tony said bring it on this date it will be done on this date, (3 days he said). we ran into a few things and he had to redo a few things and it ended up taking about 6-7 days. Tony/CAS had to make my kit from scratch then build it and install it so 7 days aint to bad, We worked a few over night shifts to get it done but Tony did as close to what he said he would. He is hard to get a hold of but he has always called me back, I orderd a gas tank from him and got it in about 1 1/2 weeks so, all in all He was good for me!
However if your reading this Tony I need my oil sender thinggy made up, Please do that up for me!!!
Anyway Adeeo good luck and keep us posted!
AS for Speed Inc, They are the *****, Cant beat their service!!!!!! Thanks guys!

Brought the car home today. Will be tuning next week. It sounds like a leer jet. The turbo's are very loud, with a constant high pitched whistle through the exhaust. Car has 17deg of timing and is very safe, for now. I was glued to my seat a couple of times today. Thank's to Tony, Jeff and the rest of the guy's at Charged Air. Angelo

Let us know the results of the dyno, and above all, get it to the track. We'd like to hear the times this monster puts down.
