Congrats!

Twins blow. I feel bad for the twin owners, because they're always struggling to get good oil scavenging. Something the single owners never have to sweat.

Hope it goes well for you.

You can wire it exactly the same way as the tilton. You wont need the temperature switch. Will be working on the car this week, so will snap a few pictures of the installation.

Ok who wants the picture of the install. I have full size and small ones. Also if you have scavenge tanks I would suggest leaving them on. That way you can run the pump at a lower output. I dont have tanks so I have to run the pump at full output to keep up at WOT, but means its sucking a lot of air at idle. I will have to make some tanks for my setup. The pump can run partially dry, but it will wear out the vane or body quicker.

I'd like the pics also.

re: the scavenge tanks, i don't see how they would be any help. imo, best bet is to, if possible, have the pump input line level or slightly lower that turbo oil output.

I can't picture the need for tanks. won't the pump just be sucking (slurping) whatever is in the return line? wonder if running the pump intermittently or at a reduced speed might be good. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

I'd like pictures if you are not going to post them here.

Cool28, where did you get it?

I will send them out when I get home. The pump output is adjustable by basically adjusting the gap between vanes and the pump housing. I will hard fill the hoses full of oil and see if there is enought volume to keep the pump happy with it at full output. You need right around 1 gpm (that the maximum output of the pump) at WOT to keep up with the turbos. So my guess is they need right around 20-30 percent less at idle. You could adjust the output at WOT by increasing volt during WOT and that way run the pump at lower output. I was going to do something similiar the Tilton to extend its life by a factor four or five.
