Stock LS1 with D1SC and 3.7" pulley. Boost?
I ordered an 8+psi tuner kit and all this time I thought they messed up and gave me too small of a pulley when in reality I think they gave me too big of a pulley. Isnt a 3.4" for 8psi? When I went to install the new crank and SC pulleys I saw that the SC pulley said 3.70 on it. My boost gauge must have been hooked up incorrectly or there was a prob with it cuz it said I had more boost than I could have had. Same amount BlackLS1TA was seeing with his 3.20" pulley through stock exhaust on his old motor. What boost level is the 3.70" good for on a stock setup? Thanks

P.S. Seems to run great now with the MMS crank and 4.38 SC pulley.

I'd guess it would make 7 pounds on a stock motor. Mine's a 3.6 and it makes exactly 8 pounds at 6,000 RPMs - Stock '01 with no headers, etc

Thanks for the info guys. I find it funny that my boost gauge said 12psi before my exhaust mods. It then still said 10psi. Now I hooked it up to the brake booster like everybody else seems to do so hopefully she'll work correctly.
