E85 boosted setup
Now...bottom line, I have a walbro in the tank with rubber fuel injection hose and one inline outside the tank with the same line, stock metal lines/rails....metal tank since it's a '98 and Mototron injectors....so assuming my tune is dead-on, if i fill up with E85....will my rubber fuel lines/pumps/injectors/injector O-rings be eaten up right away? How about if i use it for a year? 5 years? I know the mustang guy claims he hasn't seen any issues with it....anyone else?
To be 100% sure get the pump from a FFV GM...
I just run a SX inline. I't probably do that if I were you and some ss lines which seriously ethanol resistant..
The other issue is the FPR...
I run a SX.. the diaphram can take it..
I have seen stock components last... Its just not a sure thing as parts the are extremely alcohol resistant..
I dont work with METHANOL.. It would eat your injectors not just he o-rings if not flushed out every shut down..
I do use ETHANOL... A big difference.. For example if it was'nt mixed with gas you could make jello shots with it..
I just got thru reading that 8 page thread on www.turbomustangs.com, very informative.

I would love to switch to it though and ditch my methanol kit.
