I have AlkyControl (boost-referenced) on the car and the installer is tuning at the end of the month.
He's going to use the IAT tables for my "safety valve": we'll get a good idea what the IAT's look like when the methanol is spraying, and then pull timing in the IAT table if the sensor ever sees temps in excess of where they should be. Even if you're using an intercooler, there won't be any confusion about whether or not you're getting your methanol when you log IAT's.
IMO, this is the best way to add an insurance policy to your methanol kit. It tracks the critical effect of the methanol, instead of pump level or line pressure... neither of which guarantees that you're actually spraying successfully. It's also automatic, and doesn't require the driver to notice a dummy light.

Hahha.. old thread still alive.
My update... I blew my stock LS1... maybe due to fuel starvation.. I am not sure. But am now going with a 408 and some 96lb injectors. I dont think that fuel will be my problem, instead I think IAT's may be.
