Default 908rwhp 908rwtq Speed Inc. GT76 single turbo

Just finished up tuning a 6-speed F-body we built with our single turbo system (using TTI race hot parts).

370ci iron block, out of the box AFR 225's, 225/225 113lsa cam, Innovative GT76 turbo with 1.15 R-trim hot side.

Boost was 19psi at peak torque, 18psi at peak horsepower. C16 fuel, 21 deg timing @peak torque 23 deg timing @peak horsepower.

Engine management is BS3, used in conjunction with our plug and play piggyback harness which allows the stock pcm to run the gauges, and if so desired, fans, fuel pump, reverse lockout.

You mentioned that it's a M6. What clutch are you using to hold that kind
of power?

Didn't want to run any more boost at this time as I felt we were at a good number with a conservative tune. I don't think the turbo would do -much- more however.

Clutch is a McLeod twin disc which will be fine at that level. The stock trans probably will not be though.

I'll pull up the log tomorrow and post inj dc.

More info on this please. What happens if you do a scan from the OBD2 port (such as say, in the case of emissions testing?)

It is a harness that we had made which plugs between the engines sensors and the BS3 harness. (2 coolant temp sensors will need to be used).

Allows stock gauges to work, along with fans, fuel pump, alternator, a/c, reverse lockout.

You can still program through the obd2 port, so I would think that as long as all the codes were turned off correctly you could pass the readiness monitors/emissions.

Not sure what the drivetrain loss is with an M6. My guess is that it's less than most people think though.

The BS3 wideband showed a steady 11.9-12.0 air fuel.

It looks like the hot side is too big, seems to spool up slow. Have you guys thought about going to a .96 a/r housing? It would pick up a huge amount of area under the curve.
