Once it was tapped into the pan, I cut it down from the inside.

The motor is in the car now. It should be running again by Friday!

Hey ryan setup looks great. Can you post up a picture on the old log manafold and the new modo where I can see the differance? Also what kind of coating is that? Is that also the upgraded t-76 from TTI? When do you plan on getting some numbers and dynoed?

The difference is in the size of the log and the size of the primaries. The old log also was heat cut flange, and was poorly aligned with the exhaust ports. All of TTi's kits now use the better flange. The coating is a Satin high temp coating from one of the coaters in my area, we'll see how it holds up before I give it away.

The Turbo is TTi's Hybrid T-76 (uses a smaller compressor housing to clear the frame).

I'll have numbers as soon as its running!

I am going with Wilwood 13" 6-Piston Fronts and Wilwood 12" 4-Piston rears... Shouls be a nice setup, but limits the front wheel options.

have you ever had any problems with burning oil Ryan? My return is in the same spot but mine will crop dust whenever i let off the throttle at mid-high rpm. I'm trying to figure out of its the return, blowby, or if its getting too much oil in the first place. do you have a restrictor somewhere in your oil feed line?

If it crop dusts when you let off, its not the oil return, You are most likely sucking it into the intake...

I never really noticed, but why wouldnt TTi put the x-over pipe forward more in that notch of the oil pan...wouldnt that give a little more clearance? I never looked while thinking about it...would it matter? Would that clear the K and everything?

The stock K-member fits there, the cross over would not fit there.

Hmm so most likely to much oil pressure then? Fun fun, guess I gotta find me a restrictor.

Actually, I'd look into the PCV system... or the valve seals. How many miles on the motor? How exactly is your PCV system routed/connected? When you let off, you create a very high vacuum in the intake manifold, and the chances are that you draw oil into the cylenders from leakage by the intake valve guides or the PCV system.

Motor is stock with 6k on the clock. I believe I took the PCV system out when I installed the kit.

putting the oil return on the side wont hurt, and easy to do when the engine is out
