Progress Pictures...
The last motor made 560 RWHP on 10.5 psi. That was a stock long block, Custom cammed 6.0L. The new engine on the other hand is a 370" Futral Short Block with a set of AFR 225's bolted to it. Same Cam 226 intake/222 exhaust. Compression ratio is right at 8.9-9.0:1.
Also TTi upgraded the log with the new "Mondo Log" as the turbo manifold I had been running was one of the originals from 5 years ago... (Not one single crack BTW).
Also have a new Pro Yank Extreme 3400 going in, replacing the WAY too tight 3000 (2200 actual) I ran this year.
This is going to be FUN!

only thing i can think of is you had a safer/better tune compared to those who have had theirs crack.
either that or your intercooler really helped out, how long have you had the orginal tti intercooler near the radiator?

The most I have seen was the T-76, the issue is clearence with the "frame rails". The Larger turbos mean you have to notch the frame. In fact the T-76-s that TTi use are a bit of a hybrid, it uses the large wheel in a smaller housing. Making it a little less efficient.
