yes those are the fireball heads
i sold the fast, i like the mega, it does a great job. the lean condition was my fault for not adding enough fuel with the dry shot.
nope, not back in the truck. i am waiting to get the motor back. i etched the block a little right there where the head blew out so cmotorsports is doing up a new block for me. he told me the rest of the motor looked like new wich is prety cool.

The heads look good, but I think it would be wise to have them pressure checked if you did not already, there seems to be a crack between the valve seats on that cyl, am I seeing that right? Just trying to help...I havew done a good bit of head repair myself for some local race teams and that crack (if that is one) can lead to water if let go sometimes.

dang you have better eyes than me. i just checked it out and all of them have a little mark right there between the valves. it's not a crack, just a little dimple.
